We are please to have been informed, this morning, that Estyn (the Inspectorate for Education in Wales) will be visiting Ysgol Y Faenol from Monday 23rd June until Wednesday 25th June. 

As part of the inspection process there is a questionnaire for parents/carers to complete. The email has been emailed. 

We would be really grateful if as many parents/carers as possible could complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire is live now and will be available until 15/06/2025 at 11 p.m. We have been asked to advise you that the back button should not be clicked on the browser once the questionnaire has been submitted as this could result in duplicate responses being recorded.

In addition to the questionnaire there is also a Parent/Carer Meeting. This has been scheduled for 23/06/2025?at 15.30-16.30

We encourage as many parents/carers to attend this meeting as it really is an important opportunity for communication with the inspection team and an opportunity to tell them all about our school. Only parents/carers of pupils currently attending the school should attend. Children of school age should not attend with parents as this can sometimes be disruptive or distracting and so we will provide a crèche facility for Ysgol Y Faenol pupils during this time.
